He turned the underground tournament, the Vila Fight Fest, into a major spectacle and a symbol of the nation\u2019s economic resurgence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, the city is rocked by a series of attacks on martial artists by a mysterious figure known as the Bakunawa Killer.
