As a 5-star Anemo Catalyst user, Mizuki has unique abilities that support your team's strategic gameplay:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Elemental Skill<\/strong>: Enable <em>Dreamdrifter State<\/em> which grants AoE Anemo DMG and increased Swirl DMG when team members use Pyro, Hydro, Cryo, or Electro elements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Elemental Burst<\/strong>: Calling <em>Mini Baku<\/em> who created <em>Yumemi Style Special Snacks<\/em>. Characters with HP below 70% will recover HP when taking the <em>snack<\/em> this, while characters with HP above 70% will trigger the Anemo DMG AoE blast.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Mizuki will be available in the first half of Event Wish alongside Sigewinne. Furthermore, Furina and Wriothesley reruns will be available in the second half.
