Ubisoft announces collaboration with several renowned institutions to give a touch of \"Baghdad History\" to the Assassin's Creed Mirage<\/a>, the latest title in the Assassin's Creed\u00ae game series that will launch globally on October 12, 2023. Through Asssasin's Creed Mirage, Ubisoft promises a more interactive gaming experience to know the history of Baghdad more broadly and deeply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here, Ubisoft says there will be 60 historical sites tailored to the history of Baghdad, all of which are divided into five categories; Art & Science; Beliefs and Daily Life; Court Life; Economy; and Government. All of these were created based on existing history and in collaboration with historians and expert advisors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Historical Objects that Will Be Present in Assassin's Creed Mirage <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Not only that, all of Bagdhad's history is carefully illustrated and matched with the collections of museums and institutions around the world, some of which include The David Collection, Institut du monde arabe (IMA), The Khalili Collections, and the Shangri La Museum of Islamic Art, Culture & Design.<\/p>\n\n\n

As we know, The David Collection is an exclusive museum in the heart of Copenhagen with one of the most comprehensive collections of Islamic art in the Western world. In fact, the museum has Casket<\/strong> beautiful ivory with gold-toned bronze fittings from Baghdad.<\/p>\n\n\n

Then, there is the Institut du monde arabe in Paris (IMA) which is a bridge between French, Arab and the rest of the world cultures. They serve as a cultural activator, and even an important place to learn more about Arab history. One of the objects that the IMA owns and will be featured in Assasin's Creed Mirage are Ruby Lustre Bowl.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Furthermore, Ubisoft also collaborated with Professor Sir Nasser D. Khalili to collect eight of the best art collections in the world. One of the collections that will be used in this game is Planispheric Astrolabe.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n

Then, Ubisoft also said that they are working with the Shangri La Museum of Islamic Art, Culture & Design, which is a place located in Honolulu. This place was even built by Doris Duke in 1937, and now the Shangri La Museum is used as a place to get to know Islamic art and culture. Here they have one interesting collection that will also be featured in Assasin's Creed Mirage, namely Blown Glass Jar with Trailed Zigzag decoration.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
