ANICUL SONIC 2025 is one of the newest summer festivals in Japan that combines 3D technology with characters from the world of anime, game, and VTuber. This event presents a different stage concept from conventional music festivals.
ANICUL SONIC 2025: Live 3D Festival with Popular Characters
This event is a new festival under the name SUMMER SONIC which is designed to showcase 3D characters from various popular titles in Japan. Each performance is presented in a live 3D format without a live voice cast. Visual effects and arrangements were created specifically to support the performances at ANICUL SONIC 2025.
Schedule and Location
ANICUL SONIC 2025 will be held at Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Halls 9, 10, and 11 with the following schedule:
- August 23, 2025
1st Stage: Doors open 11:00 / Start 12:00 - Reserved seat ¥12,000 (tax included)
2nd Stage: Doors open 17:00 / Start 18:00 - Reserved seat ¥12,000 (tax included) - August 24, 2025
3rd Stage: Doors open 12:00 / Start 13:00 - Reserved seat ¥15,000 (tax included)
The order in which each title will appear has not yet been announced. Information on the line-up will be officially communicated by the organizers.
ANICUL SONIC 2025 Lineup
The festival presents a number of popular titles in a live 3D format. Each performance is prepared with special arrangements for ANICUL SONIC 2025.
The Idolmaster SideM Lineup
The Idolmaster SideM is part of the franchise The Idolmaster which focuses on male idols under 315 Production. The franchise was launched in 2014 and features idol characters from various professional backgrounds.
Their performances include:
- All 16 units and 49 idols from 315 Production.
- Units performing: High×Joker & Café Parade, FRAME & Mofumofuen, and Jupiter & F-LAGS.
- Trial performance of "315 Production presents F＠NTASTIC COMBINATION LIVE～PINATATIME!!/CHOCOFFICERANGER!!/AtoZto!!～".
- The duration of the performance is about 60 minutes.
Uta no☆Prince-sama♪
Uta no☆Prince-sama♪ is an idol franchise that started in 2010 and developed in various forms of media such as games, anime, CDs, and live events.
Their performances include:
- Groups performing: ST☆RISH, QUARTET NIGHT, and HE★VENS.
- The content shown is a re-edited version of the previous 3D live with no new content added.
- The duration of the performance is about 60 minutes.
Hypnosis Mic HYPED-UP
Hypnosis Mic is a music project featuring original characters in a rap battle concept. The franchise comes in the form of songs, audio dramas, comics, games, and anime.
Appearance details:
- A medley of songs from the HYPED-UP series as well as the latest song from the movie Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle-.
- The content displayed is the same across stages.
- The duration of the performance is about 50 minutes.
ANICUL SONIC 2025 Ticket System and Rules
Tickets are sold through a lottery system at eplus.jp/aniculsonic.
Enrollment period:
- General registration: June 13, 12:00 PM - June 29, 11:59 PM
- Creativeman Member priority registration: June 13, 12:00 PM - June 22, 6:00 PM
Important rules:
- Tickets are required for audiences aged 3 years and above.
- Tickets may not be resold or listed on auction platforms.
- Identity will be checked at the venue, you must bring a valid ID.
- There are no refunds for schedule changes or other constraints.
- Certain seating positions may have a limited view of the stage or visual effects.
- Events may be canceled due to bad weather or other emergencies.
