EA and DICE have announced the Battlefield 6 update version 1.1.1.0 scheduled for release on October 28. This update focuses on fixing some core aspects of gameplay There have been many complaints about lighting issues, character movement, and weapon accuracy.

Goodbye Eye Glare

One of the problems you often encounter in games is lighting effects that are too extreme. Especially when moving from dark areas to bright ones, the screen can become very white and blinding. This update promises to improve the lighting transitions, so visibility is better and you'll no longer have trouble spotting enemies during drastic light changes.

Smoother Character Movement

This update also brings major improvements to the character movement and animation system. The goal is to make movement feel smoother and more responsive. Some of the improvements include smoother landing animations, faster transitions between positions (standing, squatting, laying down), and improved behavior. vaulting which is better. Weapon Accuracy Recalibrated

VEHICLES

  • Fixed haptic feedback that was lost while changing the tank's weapon.
  • Fixed a visual issue where the player's hand penetrates the handle of the M1A2 SEPv3 when sitting on the external seat.

GADGETS

  • Fixed an issue where the Defibrillator appeared to float during animation vaulting.
  • Fixed Supply Pouch who sometimes do not recharge properly.
  • Attachable gadgets are no longer crushed by piles of debris.
  • AT grenades now make small, rather than medium-sized craters.
  • Buildings now require more hits to be destroyed by the Sledgehammer.

WEAPONS

  • Weapon dispersion was rebalanced to better match the damage profile of each weapon.
  • Using a Sniper Rifle with a class other than Recon will no longer increase the bullet spread. Instead, weapon sway will start during the zoom transition.
  • Fixed the misalignment problem with the top-mounted red dot sight.
  • Fixed an issue where attaching a bipod while zooming only changed the FOV instead of using the correct optics.
  • Increase reticle settling for automatic weapons to burst firing more efficient.

MAPS & MODES

  • Enhance the effects of fog and smoke after destruction so that they do not linger too long and affect visibility.
  • Improves exposure transitions between indoor and outdoor areas for better visibility.
  • Squad names are now randomized at the start of the Squad Deathmatch match.
  • Added the bomb mesh seen on the armed M-COM in Rush mode.

  • Added bindings "Flick Look" to the Helicopter, Jet, and Transport control schemes.
  • Fixed a visual issue where some aspect ratio settings were causing transparent borders.

SINGLE PLAYER

  • Fixed an issue in Mission 01 where players could not lean out during sequences Last Stand.
  • Fixed the black screen issue in Night Raid missions.

PORTAL

  • Fixed crash which can happen if the party leader starts a Portal server while a certain Content Pack is disabled.

  • Fixed the missing footstep sound when moving with a knife.
  • Fixed voiceline where the directions (e.g., "enemy in the north") are wrong.
  • Perfecting haptic feedback in various actions.
  • Polished large projectile audio with effects flyby new missiles, rockets and cannons.
  • Better audio balance of vehicle and weapon fire.
  • Adding radio chat via the speaker controller.
  • Fixed ambient sound and missing or incorrect destruction in some maps.
  • Improving sound reload that are missing or out of sync.
