Starting April 2025, ASUS is implementing a new warranty policy for some of its premium laptop lines. Users will get a longer protection period with international coverage. This article summarizes key information about the policy.
3 Year International Warranty
ASUS extends international warranty period from two years to three years for laptops Zenbook, ProArt, Vivobook S, and Vivobook Flip. This policy applies to devices activated from April 1, 2025. Coverage is international and includes:
- Three-year warranty period, automatically applied without additional registration
- Service coverage in 114 countries
- 100% repair costs and replacement parts are covered
- No limit to the number of claims during the active warranty period
- Applies to damage not caused by user negligence

This warranty is provided automatically and requires no additional cost. Users simply need to ensure that the device is from the mentioned line and has been activated within the stipulated time.
Jimmy Lin, ASUS Southeast Asia Regional Director, said that this warranty upgrade is part of ASUS' commitment to users. "Providing the best products and services has been ASUS' commitment since the beginning.
