In a press release issued from Ubisoft's Singapore office on January 26, 2024, it was explained that the planned launch of "Skull and Bones" will provide a variety of interesting challenges. What are the highlights?
- This game will feature battles against legendary Pirate Lords such as Philippe La Peste and the Hubac Twins, among others.
- Players will be taken on a challenging adventure, facing new threats with different difficulty levels each season.
- Players are required to set strategies, organize ships and equipment to face the battle.
- There are new challenges such as Merchant Convoys and Elite Warships that you can check out in detail through open beta Later.
- Skull and Bones also asks players to defend and expand the pirate empire's territory, but don't forget to collect more powerful equipment and other resources. And all those resources will be different in each season.

- Open beta players can only reach Infamy Cap Tier 6 and earn up to 5 exclusive rewards including unique ship cosmetics, emotes, weapons, and Pandal Lemur pets.
