Two DLC Characters that Catch the Eye
There are two DLC characters in this game, Guernica, who is voiced by Ai Fairouz. Then, there's Luca. There is no information on who the voice actor is.

The figure of Guernica is depicted as a world-famous artist whose identity is unknown, aka mysterious.
In the real world, Guernica is a "voice" for the disadvantaged and alienated, or not considered, where he creates works that channel the anger of those disadvantaged people.
However, having lost his mind, he is now taking out his anger on the population.
- Luca
Luca herself is described as a little girl dressed as a mouse. Luca seems to understand a bit of what's going on, and has even tried to fight Guernica a few times.
Interestingly, he also knows about the Phantom Thieves of Hearts and seeks help from Joker and his colleagues to solve this problem. Luca's true identity is not yet known, so maybe you should finish the game first.
