Full information about the adaptation project anime of mystery games Arne no Jikenbo or The Case Book of Arne has finally been officially announced. Through the release of its latest promotional video, fans are now confirmed about the air date, production staff, and the voice actors who will be involved.
Story and Trailer of The Case Book of Arne
Along with the announcement of the production details, it has also been released main promotional video which features key footage and visuals from the anime.
The video gives an overview of the plot that will be adapted. Story The Case Book of Arne centers on the partnership between vampire detective Arne Neuntöte and Lynn Reinweiss, a daughter of a noble family who has a special interest in vampires. The two will work together to solve complex bloody murder cases.
Based on official information, the anime The Case Book of Arne is scheduled to premiere on January 6.

The Case Book of Arne started as a mystery game created by the Harumurasaki production team. The game was first launched through the Game Magazine website in November 2017.
For those interested in trying out the main source material, the original game The Case Book of Arne is also available globally through the Steam.
The game's success was followed by a manga adaptation drawn by Soraho Ina. The manga has been serialized in Kadokawa's Monthly Comic Gene magazine since 2018.
To date, the manga The Case Book of Arne has been published in four volumes tankōbon. This anime adaptation is the latest medium to expand the world and story of The Case Book of Arne to a wider audience.
