A Shy Student's Journey of Self-Discovery through Dance
WANDANCE follows the story of Kaboku Kotani, a quiet high school student who struggles with a stutter. He tends to avoid attention and social interaction. One day, he meets Hikari Wanda, a classmate who is confident and active in dance.
That encounter prompted Kaboku to try something he had never done before-join the school's dance club. Through new experiences in an environment full of energy and expression, Kaboku begins to find new ways to understand himself and open himself up to the outside world.
The anime's first trailer also features the song "Get Something Out of Your Mind" by Yaffle feat. Yujin AmarakiIt is the rhythmic atmosphere that reinforces the theme of the story.
