To celebrate the 30th anniversary of animation studio Satelight, a number of songs from the anime nobunaga the fool became available on various streaming platforms on May 23, 2025. The release includes character songs, original soundtracks, and theme songs from seasons one and two.
Satelight 30th Anniversary Celebration
Studio Satelight, known for works such as Macross Frontier and Genesis of Aquarion, commemorating its 30th anniversary in 2025. As part of this celebration, the official songs from nobunaga the fool was digitally re-released to make it more widely accessible to fans.
nobunaga the fool is an original anime created by Shoji Kawamori. He also serves as the story composer and main director for this project.
The series presents an alternate world that combines historical figures from the East and West, with science fiction elements such as Ikusa Yoroimechanical armor used in battle.
In addition to the anime version, the project was also developed into a stage show as part of a multidimensional approach.
Character Songs and Original Soundtrack
Six character songs from nobunaga the fool are now available for streaming, each hosted by the official voice actors of the main characters:

In addition to the character songs, two volumes of the original soundtrack have also been released:
- Original Soundtrack Vol. 1 by Masaru Yokoyama
- Original Soundtrack Vol. 2 by Masaru Yokoyama
Masaru Yokoyama is known through his work in Mashle and Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans. The music he created for nobunaga the fool strengthen the atmosphere of the story and support the emotional development of the characters.
