Anime AND DA AND is back with a second cour, and this time it features a new singer for the ending song. WurtS is confirmed to perform a song called "Doukashiteru" which was introduced through a new trailer themed Friendship & Love.

Song Doukashiteru will be the closing song for the second cour of anime AND DA AND. The song was first introduced to the public through the themed trailer Friendship & Love which features the latest visual footage and an emotional atmosphere supported by musical arrangements.
WurtS expressed his excitement about being involved in this project through an official statement. He said, "I'm WurtS, and I performed the ending song for the anime AND DA AND. As a big fan of both the manga and anime, I feel very honored to be a part of this project. In this chaotic world, where various creatures suddenly appear, I wanted to capture the complicated feelings of the characters-awkward but full of desire. Who is WurtS?
WurtS is a Japanese soloist who started his musical activities in 2021. He is known as an independent musician who does almost all aspects of his own production, including lyric writing, composition, arrangements, and visuals.
WurtS' music style combines elements of dance pop, rock, hip-hop, and soulHe creates flexible yet consistent musical characteristics. He is active on various digital platforms such as wurts.jp, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Collaboration together AND DA AND was his first experience filling a song for an anime project.
About Anime AND DA AND
AND DA AND is an anime adaptation of a manga by Yukinobu Tatsu. The manga is published regularly on the Shonen Jump+ every Tuesday and has recorded over 10 million copies in circulation.
The story follows Momo Ayase, a high school student from a spiritualist family, and her classmate Okarun Takakura, a fan of the occult. They work together to deal with various supernatural phenomena and unknown creatures that appear around them.
The first season of the anime aired from October to December 2024. The second cour will air on July 3, 2025.
WurtS involvement in the second cour AND DA AND through song Doukashiteru is part of the series' musical update. The song is positioned as a new element that introduces a different atmosphere at the close of each episode.
