Studio ufotable has just released the latest promotional video that the community has been eagerly waiting for anime. This video contains roadmap for the next few years and gave reassurance on the big titles they are working on.

This announcement includes status updates for franchise Type-Moon, Genshin Impact, up to Demon Slayer. For those of you who have been waiting for the latest news, you can watch ufotable promotional reel to see the footage firsthand. Here is the full breakdown of the information they shared.

Ufotable Witch on the Holy Night Movie Release Schedule

The main highlight of this promotional video is the confirmation of the movie adaptation of the Witch on the Holy Night (Mahotsukai no Yoru). Ufotable confirmed that the movie will hit Japan in 2026.

This original visual novel by Type-Moon is set in the late 1980s. The story focuses on Aoko Aozaki, a high school student who is suddenly appointed as the successor of a family of witches. She then begins the life of an apprentice under the guidance of Alice Kuonji, a young witch who lives in a secluded mansion on a hill.

The dynamics of the story get more interesting with the presence of Sojuro Shizuki, a transfer student from the countryside who is still unfamiliar with modern city life.

The voice actors (Seiyuu) of the version of game is confirmed to return for this movie:

  • Haruka Tomatsu as Aoko Aozaki
  • Kana Hanazawa as Alice Kuonji
  • Yusuke Kobayashi as Sojuro Shizuki

The studio will announce more details about the production next Spring.

Update Future Project Genshin Impact
