Rain98 has confirmed it will once again set up a booth at this year’s Tokyo Game Show. The psycho-thriller game that previously postponed until 2026 It will feature a variety of new content for visitors. The development team says they are preparing a special booth experience and merchandise for the event.

Visitors to the Rain98 booth can take home some special collectibles. PVC bags and Instax-style instant photo cards featuring new designs will be available on-site. These instant photo cards were well-received by visitors at last year’s event, so the development team is introducing a new version this year.

Latest Demo with Many Updates

In addition to merchandise, Rain98 will also release a significantly updated demo version. The game’s novel section has received new content, while the existing illustrations and stills have also been updated. A feature allowing players to explore the area around the main character’s home has also been added, giving players new spaces to explore.

This update builds on the impression visitors get at Visit to the Rain98 booth last year, which portrays the gameplay experience as cozy yet mysterious. With the addition of new content, that atmosphere is likely to feel even more pronounced in the latest demo.
