Publisher PLAYISM along with Developer Crimson Dusk finally announced the official release date for their latest title. Homura Hime is confirmed to launch for the PC platform through Steam on the date of March 4 coming.
This announcement provides reassurance to fans who have been waiting for this action game with anime-style visuals.
Bullet Hell 3D Action Gameplay
Homura Hime is described as a game 3D bullet hell action that combines combat fast-paced and oriented combo.
Game features a bright visual style. The developer mentioned that this look was intentionally designed to recreate the richness and dynamism of hand-drawn Japanese animation.
Players will be challenged to dodge a dense barrage of enemy attacks (bullet hell) while still launching effective counterattacks.
The game's melee combat system is said to be reminiscent of mechanics in the NieR and Devil May Cry series. You'll need to be agile in your movements, dodge projectiles, and string up combo to clear the battlefield.

Homura Hime Story
The background story takes you to a world inhabited by humans and demons. In this universe, souls troubled by intense emotions or deep regret will transform into Archdemons when they cross the line of death.
These archdemons have the destructive power to undermine the foundations of the world, pollute the surrounding environment, and possess the creatures that live in it. Those tainted by this demonic power are then turned into lowly monsters that operate solely on wild instinct.
The main conflict begins when the world is threatened by the five all-powerful Archdemon Girls. The High Priestess has no choice but to turn to Homura Hime, the “Flame Princess” and the most powerful exorcist.
Together with his loyal assistant Ann, he must embark on a sacred mission to eradicate the five Archdemon Girls. The main task is to banish the tainted souls, exorcise their evil, and uncover the mystery behind the protagonist's legacy.

Present at Taipei Game Show 2026
