Xbox: Game Awards December 2023
Microsoft is teasing fans with plans for a big Xbox announcement at The Game Awards this December.
In promotional materials shared this week, Microsoft mentioned that there are "important announcements" for the event, including other exciting news about Xbox. They even said:
Celebrate the year's best games and big winners live at The Game Awards on December 7 at 7:30 PM ET / 4:30 PM PT / 12:30 AM GMT along with important announcements and other Xbox news you won't want to miss!
Previously, Microsoft used The Game Awards 2019 to introduce the Xbox Series X console and Senua's Saga: Hellblade 2 from Ninja Theory.
Legal documents accidentally leaked last September indirectly revealed Microsoft's (Xbox) gaming strategy for the coming years, including the console's launch plans. redesigned Xbox Series X, codenamed 'Brooklin', in 2024.
So, will Microsoft announce their latest console through The Game Awards 2023 this time?

Important Announcements at The Game Awards
The Game Awards 2023 will be broadcast live from the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles on December 7.
Last year was a grand event with many game productions collaborating with an orchestra and Hozier, several invited guests, and the announcement of winners, and even new games.
One of the most anticipated new game announcements was Hideo Kojima's Death Stranding 2 and the new game from developer BioShock, Ken Levine, is Judas.
Other new games announced that night were Hades 2, the Bayonetta prequel, and Armored Core 6: Fires of Rubicon.
With all these phenomenal new game announcements, it's only natural to expect that Xbox will also make a 'big announcement' for The Game Awards this December.

Final Fantasy 16, Diablo 4, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, and Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League all hold release dates, while Elden Ring and God of War Ragnarök were the biggest winners at the awards show.
Baldur's Gate 3 and Alan Wake 2 were both nominated for eight awards at this year's event, most alongside Marvel's Spider-Man 2, which was nominated for seven awards.
