Anime Disney Twisted-Wonderland: The Animation revealed the latest main visuals as well as episode count information for Season 1. The adaptation of the game is scheduled to premiere in late October.

Season 1 will feature the Episode of Heartslabyul arc, which is adapted from the original in-game and manga stories. Disney Twisted-Wonderland. Based on official information, Season 1 will consist of 8 episodes and is scheduled to air from October 29, 2025, exclusively on the Disney+ platform.
The main visual for this season has been released and shows the atmosphere of Heartslabyul Dorm.

The anime is planned to consist of three main seasons. Each season will adapt one dorm arc from the official manga game adaptation:

- Season 2: Episodes of Savanaclaw
- Season 3: Episode of Octavinelle
In addition to the three seasons, the manga adaptation for Episode of Scarabia has also released its first volume on February 27.
