Story Magic: The Repo Man
Story Magic Repo Man Set in a world where a person’s life is greatly influenced by the “Gift” bestowed by the Creator God. Lent, a kind-hearted young man living in a remote village on the border, receives a rare support Gift called Mana Vault. That ability allows him to lend his mana to his teammates.
Together with his childhood friends, Lent formed an adventuring party called Skycleaver Sword. He served as the support specialist and continued to help the other party members grow. However, because his strength didn’t seem to improve as quickly as the others’, Lent was eventually seen as a burden and kicked out of the party.
A major change occurred when Lent’s Gift evolved. From an ability previously used to support others, Lent unleashed a new power that allowed him to reclaim the mana he had once lent out. From that point on, he began reclaiming power from his former allies who had betrayed him.
The anime’s first trailer highlights Lent’s transition from a supporting character to the main protagonist, who now holds control over that power. The trailer also offers an initial glimpse into how personal conflicts and elements of revenge will play out in this adaptation.

Masakichi began serializing his story on the Kakuyomu website in 2022. The manga adaptation by Shingo Iijima then began publication in 2023 through BookLive and Flex Comics’ isekai manga label, Comic Ark.
The second part of the manga is described as an original story that is completely different from the version published on Kakuyomu. As for the manga release, the fifth compiled volume is scheduled to be published on November 14.
