Kenji Matsuda is a Japanese actor known for his roles in various tokusatsu series such as Kamen Rider. In the video game world, he previously voiced Baud in Dragon Quest Swords for the Wii platform. His participation in Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii marked the first time he was involved in the series Like a DragonThis was a new experience for him.
In an interview with RGG Studio, Matsuda explained more about the character of Jason Rich. He describes Jason as the father of Noah, a character with whom Majima has a close relationship. Jason is a person who cares so much about his son that he often worries too much. This worry makes him unconsciously inhibit Noah from developing in his life.
