The main highlight of this update is the collaboration FINAL FANTASY VI which is now underway in the game. This crossover brings travelers from another world into a new adventure in OCTOPATH TRAVELER: Champions of the Continent.
During the event, players can earn a collaboration-exclusive Keeper, 800 free Rubies, Sacred Seals, and other rewards distributed throughout the collaboration period. Additional content for this crossover is also confirmed to be coming in the next update, though details have not yet been announced.
Phenn Launches on June 18
In addition to that collaboration, this update also brings Phenn as a new limited-edition traveler set to debut on June 18, 2026. This character comes from OCTOPATH TRAVELER 0 and was introduced as a hunter who had returned after overcoming many trials.
Phenn embodies the themes of “resilience and protection” and is said to bring a new story and new possibilities to combat. His arrival is a key part of this year’s Mid-Year Celebration.

The 2026 Mid-Year Celebration also features login bonuses and free rewards for players. Players who log in during the first three days of the event can claim special 10-pull Guidance Tickets for a limited reward pool.
