The fourth promotional video for the anime adaptation You and I Are Polar Opposites has been officially released. This latest trailer highlights the opening theme song that will accompany the series. Along with the release of this video, the premiere schedule for this adaptation of Kocha Agasawa's manga has also been confirmed.

This latest promotional video plays the opening song or opening theme titled “Lose the frames”. The song is performed by an artist named noa. Regarding the airing schedule, anime is scheduled to premiere on January 11, 2026.
In the third trailer released earlier, the closing song or ending theme “Pure feat. Eriko Hashimoto” performed by PAS TASTA.
The story in this series focuses on Suzuki, an energetic girl who always goes with the flow. She meets Tani, a quiet young man with an outspoken nature. Despite their contrasting personalities, the two are drawn to each other and create a unique relationship dynamic.

About the Manga You and I Are Polar Opposites
This original manga was written and illustrated by Kocha Agasawa. The series began as one-shot in Shonen Jump Plus in January 2021 before getting a full serialization in May 2022. The manga concluded on November 25, 2024 with a total of eight volumes.
The series recorded a circulation figure of over 1.6 million copies, including digital copies. It also placed third in the 16th Manga Taisho Awards in 2023 and seventh in 2024. The English version of the manga has been available through the MANGA Plus service since June 2022, while Viz Media also released a physical English version. With a solid manga track record, this anime is one to look forward to in early 2026.
