Astrolabe Games has announced OMEGA PHENEX COMMENCED PROJECT SIX for PC via Steam and consoles. This high-speed 3D mecha action game from Surume Game Koubou does not yet have a release date, but its Open Beta Test is already available with support for several languages.

OMEGA PHENEX COMMENCED PROJECT SIX, Focusing on High-Speed Combat Mechas

OMEGA PHENEX COMMENCED PROJECT SIX puts players in the role of the pilot of Icarus, a highly mobile mecha designed for fast-paced combat at sea and in the air. Players will face numerous enemies and powerful rivals in 3D battles that emphasize speed, maneuverability, and massive missile barrages.

This game is designed to remain easy to follow despite its fast-paced combat. Turning speed is unrestricted, while the boost gauge supports rapid movement and frequent flight. The aiming controls also use an approach commonly found in game FPS and TPS, making the shooting controls easier to understand.

Enemy attacks are designed to be predictable and avoidable. This approach keeps the pace of the game fast without compromising clarity as players assess the situation on the battlefield.

OMEGA PHENEX COMMENCED PROJECT SIX Gameplay Features a Wide Variety of Weapons

The weapon system is an important part of the gameplay OMEGA PHENEX COMMENCED PROJECT SIX. Each weapon has a different function and firing rate, allowing players to customize their loadout to suit the mission’s requirements or their playstyle.

Some of the confirmed types of weapons include:

  • auto-lock missile barrages
  • rapid-fire shooting
  • melee attacks
  • close-range firepower

This selection of weapons allows for different approaches in every battle. Players can use ranged attacks to apply constant pressure, then switch to close-range attacks when the situation changes.

In addition to weapons, the game also features more than 30 missions with a variety of objectives. The types of missions mentioned include extermination, exploration, boss battles, and escort missions. In addition to the main missions, there is also an Arena Mode for one-on-one battles.

Customization and Tuning Features

OMEGA PHENEX COMMENCED PROJECT SIX includes a customization system that affects Icarus's appearance and performance. Players can swap out parts and customize the paint scheme to suit their individual preferences.

In terms of performance, this game uses the Tune system. Through this system, players can allocate limited resources among several key parameters, such as durability, mobility, and weapon performance. As a result, players can create builds that better suit their preferred fighting style.

The features that have been announced include the following:

  • part replacement
  • paint scheme customization
  • Tune the system for durability, mobility, and weapon performance
  • more than 30 missions
  • Arena Mode for one-on-one duels

This combination of visual customization and performance tuning gives players the freedom to customize Icarus in terms of both appearance and functionality on the battlefield.
