ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) officially launched the ROG AI Masterclass in Indonesia. Yogyakarta was the first city to host this series of events, on August 14, 2026. The event is aimed at the digital community, professionals, and creative workers who want to understand how to apply AI in their daily work.
The ROG AI Masterclass was held in response to the growing demand for AI skills, ranging from content creation and productivity to business development. ASUS ROG partnered with Mindplace to deliver interactive educational sessions, while also giving participants the opportunity to try out their latest lineup of gaming laptops firsthand.
Collaboration with Mindplace Brings Interactive Sessions
The workshop and discussion sessions were led by La Junta, a content creator at Mindplace. Through case studies and live demonstrations, participants were guided in understanding the evolution of the modern AI ecosystem. The material covered how to build workspace AI-based, learning about the role of AI agents in task automation, and understanding the concept Local AI and its application in various work scenarios.
Lenny Lin, Country Manager of ASUS Indonesia, noted that AI has now become part of everyday life and work—it is no longer a technology of the future. According to her, the ROG AI Masterclass is designed to help the community put AI to practical use in order to enhance creativity, productivity, and the quality of their work.
Every participant in the ROG AI Masterclass also receives a certificate of participation. This certificate can serve as both a valuable addition to their portfolio and proof of their commitment to learning about AI technology.

The Series Continues in Malang, September 2026
Yogyakarta kicks off the ROG AI Masterclass series, which is scheduled to take place in several Indonesian cities throughout the year. The next city on the itinerary is Malang, in late September 2026.
