Synopsis and Trailer
Dennis is a former member of one of the strongest guilds, Silver Wings Battalion. After being betrayed by his comrades, he was expelled from the guild. However, he didn't mind too much because he had long wanted to use his level 99 cooking skills and open his own restaurant in the village.
There, he rescues Atelier, a girl who was expelled from a noble family and made a slave. Together, they run the restaurant and begin to receive unusual customers, such as a knight expelled from another guild, a wizard with a haughty attitude, and an overworked sage.
The first trailer features warm interactions between the characters in a simple yet meaningful restaurant setting. The opening song "Unique" by Dannie May reinforces the emotional impact of a story that combines culinary and fantasy elements.

Welcome to the Outcast's Restaurant! comes from a light novel by Yūki Kimikawa that was first published on the website Shōsetsuka ni Narō in 2018. Overlap published the first volume in print format in 2019, and the third volume in June 2020.
The adaptation of Tsumumi's manga began in 2019 through the website Comic Gardo courtesy of Overlap. The first volume was published in May 2020, while the ninth volume was released on March 25, 2025. The English version of the manga was published by Kaiten Books.
