Project Motor Racing will receive new racing content called the V8 Power Pack. GIANTS Software announced this DLC on August 31, 2026. This additional content will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, the Epic Games Store, and Windows on September 15, 2026.
This DLC adds nine new cars across three classes. In addition to the new cars, players also get the legendary Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta track. The track was reconstructed using laser-scanning technology to ensure the details closely match the real-life version.
Nine V8 Cars Divided into Three Classes
The V8 Power Pack features three categories of V8 cars with distinct personalities, ranging from modern cars to classic 1970s muscle cars.
- V8 Evo (modern Australian car): 2023 Ford Mustang (Australia), 2023 Chevrolet Camaro (Australia)
- USV8 (modern American-style muscle car): 2022 Dodge Challenger TA/2, 2022 Ford Mustang TA/2, 2022 Camaro TA/2
- Historic USV8 (a throwback to 1970s American road racing): 1970 Ford Mustang Boss 302 TA, 1970 Plymouth Barracuda TA, 1970 AMC Javelin TA, 1968 Camaro TA Z28
Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta Reconstructed Using Laser Scanning
Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta is known as an iconic American racetrack. The track features a technical layout with a combination of fast corners, S-curves, blind hills, and heavy braking zones.
GIANTS Software used laser-scanning technology to reconstruct this circuit. This approach aims to capture the track’s details as closely as possible to its original real-world condition.
The Motor Racing Project Has Been Available Since November 2025
Project Motor Racing was developed by Straight4 Studios and published by GIANTS Software. The game was first released on November 25, 2025, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam, the Epic Games Store, and Windows.
This game supports single-player and online multiplayer modes for up to 32 players, with cross-platform support. The physical version of Project Motor Racing is available only for PlayStation 5.
GIANTS Software is a game development studio based in Zurich, Switzerland, that was founded in 2004. The studio is best known for the Farming Simulator franchise and is now expanding its portfolio into the racing simulation genre with Project Motor Racing.
