Hell-themed turn-based RPG Entropy will enter Early Access for PC via Steam at August 18, announced by publisher DreadXP and developer Lovely Hellplace. Quoted from Gematsu, The game's demo is available now for anyone interested to try for free.
About Entropy
Entropy carries a retro aesthetic inspired by Dread Delusion, It's a game with a more disturbing sense of location and more disturbing and frightening creatures. The game replaces first-person real-time combat with tactical turn-based combat inspired by the much-loved classic JRPGs of the 90s.
Players lead a group of up to six mercenaries who fought to stop the demonic invasion of their slowly but surely dying world.
Story Setting
World Entropy is a slowly dying world. No great apocalyptic event has occurred - only the cruel passage of time and the unfathomable sterility of the world have brought humanity to this point. Cursed creatures roam the barren lands between settlements that are themselves horrible, tyrannical places.
The story begins in the city of Draenog, when a theater performance is interrupted by a battle at the city gates. The demons have arrived, and players must gather a troupe to survive the growing threat.
