IndieArk is ready for Tokyo Game Show 2025 (TGS 2025) on September 25-28 at Makuhari Messe, Chiba. Visitors can try out five titles in person, led by the debut of "Soul Blade" which brings signature parry-counter combat.
Booth activations included demo sessions, Boss Challenge challenges, and exclusive merch giveaways. The portfolio shows an enticing variety of genres, from 2D action, autobattler, co-op survival, deck-builder, to submarine horror simulation.
Soul Blade takes center stage
Soul Blade is a side-scrolling action game with stunning visuals and smooth animations created by experienced animators. The parry and counter-based "blade-clashing" system delivers a sharp and satisfying dueling sensation. The story takes inspiration from the mythology of the Tang Dynasty era.
Players take on the role of Qin Xiaoyu, a spirit master who seeks a cure for a terminal illness in the world of "Tokoyo". The journey brings together new allies, puzzles, formidable enemies and hidden secrets. The booth set up a Boss Challenge for visitors to show off their skills and bag exclusive TGS souvenirs.

Variety of genres for different player tastes
Backpack Battles offers a unique twist on the auto-chess formula with backpack stacking-based strategy. Release status is out of Early Access, asynchronous dueling mode support and real-time PvP, as well as the addition of Mage and Adventurer classes.
Wonderia can be played by up to 8 players with a retro-manga world feel. Activities include dungeon runs, alien transformations, crafting, farming, fishing, and casual exploration with friends.
Rana Card combines roguelike deck-building with a "frog company" farm management theme. Players plot routes, choose events, manage the risk of "time explosions", and build decks from card packs and care packages.
Project SEVER blends Soviet-style submarine simulation with an atmosphere of deep-sea horror. Detailed control systems, anomalous zone navigation and invisible threats are at the heart of the suspense.

Booth activation and community invitation
Visitors were able to try hands-on demos for all titles carried. The team prepared exclusive activities and merch giveaways during the event. Soul Blade's Boss Challenge was the main magnet for fast-paced challenge hunters with limited prizes.
Release info, feature updates, and future content plans could potentially be revealed during the exhibition. Communities and content creators are encouraged to drop by early to secure convenient demo slots and necessary reference materials.
