Love Live! Hasunosora has finally been confirmed to continue into the TV anime format. The announcement sets an airdate of January 2027, and opens a new phase for the project that was previously better known through mobile games, music, and other media activities.
Love Live! Hasunosora TV Anime Airs January 2027
Love Live! Hasunosora Girls’ High School Idol Club is confirmed to get a TV anime in January 2027. In some publications, the unit name is also written as Hasu no Sora Jogakuin School Idol Club, but it still refers to the same project in the Love Live! franchise.
Along with the TV anime announcement, it was also announced that Chapter 2 featuring the 106th class will begin in January 2027. This update also introduces three new characters, namely Maika, Aoi, and Mion.

So far, staff details for the January 2027 TV anime have not been announced. However, the TV anime broadcast schedule and the start of Chapter 2 in the same period already give an idea of the direction of Love Live! Hasunosora's development into the next phase.
3D Anime Movies Hit theaters First in May 2026
Before the TV anime, Love Live! Hasunosora will first release the 3D anime movie Bloom Garden Party, which is scheduled to air in Japan on May 8, 2026. The movie follows the last day before the graduation of the 103rd class at Hasu no Sora Girls’ Academy.
The movie preview has also been shown first, so the release path of this project is now quite clear from the movie in 2026 to the TV anime in 2027.

Love Live! Hasunosora is part of Link! Like! Love Live! project centered on mobile games and launched on April 15, 2023. This project is one of the lines in the Love Live! franchise, along with Love Live! Sunshine!!, Love Live! Nijigasaki High School Idol Club, Love Live! Superstar!!, and Ikizu Live!!! Love Live! Bluebird.
