Kaiju No. 8 is a manga work by Naoya Matsumoto that was first published in Shonen Jump+ in July 2020, and has so far accumulated 15 volumes. The anime adaptation was produced by Production I.G and Season 1 has been airing from April to June 2024, followed by the bonus episode "Hoshina's Day Off" which was released in theaters in March 2025.
