The Forsaken Saintess and Her Foodie Roadtrip in Another World got a new update through a teaser shared by Happinet. From this announcement, anime is confirmed to air as a TV anime in July 2026. The new information also includes the main staff, voice actors, and setting of the adaptation of the light novel and manga.
The title is based on Yoneori's work and brings an isekai story centered on travel, camping, and food. Along with the airdate confirmation, the anime's production team lineup is also starting to be revealed.
Synopsis of The Forsaken Saintess and Her Foodie Roadtrip in Another World
The story of The Forsaken Saintess and Her Foodie Roadtrip in Another World focuses on Rin Takanashi, an office worker around 30 years old. She loves camping and tabletop role-playing games.
Rin was summoned to another world with a high school girl who was described as beautiful. However, things did not go well from the start. Her skills, namely Motor House or Camper Van and Survival, were deemed useless by the prince.
Because of that judgment, Rin was immediately exiled. Afterward, she learned that her skills were actually useful under certain conditions.
From that point on, Rin decided to keep doing what she loved. With the ability to summon the camper van of her dreams, she went on a solo camping and cooking adventure. Along the way, Rin also meets new friends along the road trip.
The focus of the story is on Rin's journey after her exile, with elements of food, camping, and daily life running alongside the isekai premise.

The anime was directed by Atsushi Nigorikawa at EMT Squared. For the series composition, the position was handled by Takashi Aoshima.

For the audio part, Hiroto Morishita served as the Sound Director through Bit Grooove Promotion. The anime's music is done by Kana Utatane, while Lantis handles Music Production. Ankichi Kobo's name is also listed for Production Assistance.

The Forsaken Saintess and Her Foodie Roadtrip in Another World (Suterare Seijo no Isekai Gohan Tabi: Kakure Skill de Camping Car o Shokan Shimashita) comes from a story by Yoneori. This work was first launched on the website Shosetsuka ni Naro in 2019.
The light novel version then began to be published by Kadokawa in 2020. Illustrations for the light novel were handled by Akane Nitou. Volume 6 of the light novel shipped in May 2024.
The series also received a manga adaptation done by Nana Kogami. The manga began publishing on the website ComicWalker owned by Kadokawa in 2020.
For the manga version, volume 4 shipped in May 2025. With this path, the series has gone from web novel to light novel, then manga, and now continues to TV anime.
