Anime Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi officially continues the Season 2 project after a long wait since Season 1. This latest information was announced through the anime's official website, including the air schedule, theme song, and production staff list.
Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi Schedule and Theme Song
Season 2 with the official title Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi: Ni! is scheduled to premiere on October 1, 2025 at Tokyo MX. Crunchyroll will simulcast the anime in many regions, including North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, Middle East, CIS, and India.
For the theme song, Nao Toyama will bring:
- Opening Theme: Tōryanse
- Ending Theme: Namida no Recipe
Both songs were released together on one CD single on November 5, 2025. In addition to singing the theme song, Tōyama also continues to voice the main character Aoi.
Story and Teaser
This anime story centers on Aoi, a college student who inherited the ability to see spirits from her grandfather. One day, Aoi is kidnapped by a spirit innkeeper god named Tenjin-ya. The god demands that Aoi marry him to pay off her grandfather's debt.
Aoi refuses the request and chooses to repay the debt by working at the inn using her cooking skills. The Season 2 teaser shows the continuation of Aoi's life in Tenjin-ya as well as her relationship with the spirits.

About Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi: Ni!
Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi: Ni! (Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits- Season 2) is adapted from a light novel by Midori Yūma with illustrations by Laruha. The novel has been published by Fujimi L Bunko since 2015, and the 12th volume was released in March 2022.
This title also has a manga adaptation. The latest version by Tsugaru Toba was published in Monthly Shonen Sirius since January 2023, with the ninth volume releasing in July 2025. Other adaptations of Waco Ioka's works were published in B's-LOG COMIC since 2016, with the 11th volume releasing in November 2024. For the international market, Viz Media released the manga under the title Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits- and published the 10th volume in March 2025.
Season 1 aired in Spring 2018 and aired on Crunchyroll and Funimation, before receiving a home video release in 2019. With the arrival of Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi: Ni! October 2025, the anime officially continues Aoi's story in the spirit world.
