In addition to the opening theme song, this release also includes an additional song titled Angels and Demons. This track is a mashup of two iconic songs from the previous anime, namely Fly Away and Theme for Scanty & Knee Socks. TeddyLoid is again in charge of the arrangement and production.
This mashup is a bridge between the classic elements of the 2010 anime and the new approach of the 2025 music release.

Single Theme of New Panty & Stocking will be released on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, priced at 1,540 yen (tax included). The first edition will be packed with bonuses special CD sleeve as a collection edition.

Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt Back After 15 Years
Anime Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt first aired in 2010. After fifteen years, the franchise is back with a new series titled New Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt. The project is produced by Trigger studios and is a continuation of the original series known for its unique visual style and unconventional storytelling approach.
The release of the theme song is part of the build-up to the release of the new anime, as well as a link between old fans and new audiences.
