Atlus is back with another interesting surprise for fans of Japanese pop culture. This time, the developer is celebrating the achievements of Persona 3 Reload through a very unique cross-media collaboration.
This special music video was launched to coincide with the second anniversary of the release of Persona 3 Reload. It features an official mashup that combines audio-visual elements from the game with the signature style of the music group Zutto Mayonaka de Iinoni, also known as Zutomayo.
Unique Song and Visual Mashups
In the short video, you can listen to a mix of the song Mass Destruction -Reload- which is the popular battle theme from Persona 3 Reload with Hippocampal Pain Zutomayo. The arrangement combines Lotus Juice's energetic rapping with ACA-ne's powerful yet melodic vocals.
In terms of appearance, this video presents protagonist Makoto Yuki who appears side by side with Nira-chan. The mascot character who always appears in Zutomayo music videos is seen interacting with the game characters. The video combines visual footage from the Persona 3 Reload game with typical Zutomayo music video animation.

Zutto Mayonaka de Iinoni is a Japanese music unit that debuted in 2018. The group is known for its mysterious identity as it has never shown the full faces of its members to the public. Led by vocalist and songwriter ACA-ne, they gained instant popularity through their debut song Byoshin wo Kamu that went viral on YouTube.
Their music has a unique signature that combines elements of J-Pop, Rock, and Funk. They also have a strong track record in the anime industry. Some of their works include the song Time Left for the ending theme of the anime Chainsaw Man and Taidada for the anime Dandadan. Their discography includes successful albums such as Hisohiso Banashi and Gusare.
Persona 3 Reload Overview
Persona 3 Reload is a full remake of the classic RPG originally released in 2006. The game was developed by P-Studio and features a total graphical update using Unreal Engine 4. This title tells the story of a group of high school students at Gekkoukan High School who join S.E.E.S. to investigate a mysterious phenomenon called Dark Hour.
