The Fledgling Demon Lord’s Starter Shop has officially been adapted into a TV anime series scheduled to air in January 2027. The anime is an adaptation of the manga by Makoto Morishita, known in Japan under the title The Prince of Sudachi.

The Premise of the Item Shop After the World Has Achieved Peace
This anime story begins after the hero has defeated the Demon Lord. The world has finally entered a period of peace, but this new situation presents Villager, a young man from Beginnerville, with a new problem.
A villager runs an item shop called The Nest. The shop used to sell potions and various supplies needed by adventurers. However, now that the threat of the Demon Lord has ended, people no longer need these items as much as they used to.
The Nest became deserted and was in danger of closing. Things began to change when a mysterious girl suddenly appeared before the Villager.
Makoto Morishita also released a special illustration to celebrate the announcement of this anime adaptation.
