Official website for adaptation anime television of Yuki Domoto's manga has just released the latest update on the project. The teaser video gives a preview of the anime's visuals as well as introduces the two main cast members who will be voicing the characters in the series.

Trailer and Story of I Want to End This Love Game

Based on the information released alongside the teaser video, the anime is scheduled to make its broadcast debut in April 2026.

The story in this series focuses on a character named Yukiya Asagi. Having left behind his old image as a quiet nerd, Yukiya is ready to make a complete appearance transformation as he enters high school.

Yukiya has one main target, his own best friend Miku Sakura. He plans to use various clichéd situations from Miku's favorite shojo manga as his weapon to get close to her. The premise of the story highlights the question of whether Yukiya's efforts will succeed in making Miku's heart flutter, or whether he will end up embarrassing himself in front of his best friend.
