Anime May I Ask For One Final Thing released a new trailer that reveals details of the theme song and premiere schedule. The adaptation is based on the light novel by Nana Otori with illustrations by Satsuki and will air in Fall 2025.

Latest trailer May I Ask For One Final Thing displays the opening theme "Senjo no Hana" performed by CHICO with Honeyworks, as well as the ending theme "Inferior" sung by Shiyui. The anime is scheduled to start airing on October 3, 2025.

Before the screening, there will be an advanced screening on September 28, 2025 at United Cinemas Toyosu. The event featured the main seiyuu, Asami Seto, Wataru Kato, and Miyu Tomita.

The story centers on Scarlet el Vandimion. In the middle of a ball, her engagement to Kyle Von Pallistan is unilaterally broken off. Scarlet is vilified as a villainess and shunned by the nobles. After years of mistreatment, she asks for one last thing: to punch Kyle in the face. From that moment, Scarlet's revenge story begins.

May I Ask For One Final Thing is adapted from a light novel that was first published online in April 2018. AlphaPolis published six volumes since August 2018 through its Regina Books imprint. In June 2019, the manga adaptation by Sora Honoki also began publication and has now reached nine volumes.
