About Muramasa: Revenant Blades

Muramasa: Revenant Blades is a modern take on the action genre RPG A classic 2D game developed by Vanillaware and Marvelous. The game tells a story set in Japan’s past, when a major conflict erupted over the legendary samurai sword forged by Senji Muramasa.
These swords are known for their great power, but they also drive their owners mad. As various factions battle each other for control of these mythical weapons, demons and evil spirits, drawn by the bloodshed, begin to run rampant throughout the land.
This game will feature six main characters, each with their own story and abilities. All of these stories are accessible from the very beginning of the game.
Improvements Over the Previous Version
Marvelous says Muramasa: Revenant Blades as a refined version for the new generation. Some of the key improvements include 4K graphics, updated controls, new modes, and more varied gameplay.
Players can also forge more than 100 swords, improve various skills, and customize their characters’ abilities to suit their individual playstyles. Muramasa’s signature side-scrolling hack-and-slash action remains the main focus in this latest version.
In addition to technical improvements, the game also features a new English localization and English voice acting. With these updates, *Muramasa: Revenant Blades* is aimed at both longtime fans and new players who have never tried the game before.
