Square Enix has an interesting surprise for those of you who follow the Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis. After being introduced through an April Fool's Day joke titled Rival Fantasy Ever Crisis Academia Seven [tent]This parody concept has now turned into an official event.
The latest announcement via an English-language teaser immediately confirmed that the event titled Ever Crisis Academy Seven: Episode - Brawler will be present in the game Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis.
The Beginning of a Joke
For this year's April Fool's Day celebration, Square Enix introduced the concept of Rival Fantasy Ever Crisis Academia Seven [tent] as part of their annual prank celebration. In this parody, the iconic characters from Final Fantasy VII depicted as students and teachers at a school in Midgar City. However, he has to face challenges from his childhood friend, Tifa, to Zack who is now the 'First', and Aerith who leads the school gang.
