Adaptation of a Popular Seinen Manga
Zatsu Tabi: That's Journey is adapted from a manga by Kenta Ishizaka, which began serialization in Dengeki Maoh magazine in March 2019. To date, the manga has reached 11 volumes, with the 12th volume scheduled for release on December 27, 2024.
As a manga with a seinen target audience, the story focuses not only on the travel aspect, but also on the development of the main character as he tries to face challenges in the creative world. The realistic depiction of a creator's struggle to find inspiration is one of the main attractions of this series.
Zatsu Tabi: That's Journey offers a combination of exploration, self-reflection, and a creator's struggle to achieve his dreams. With a more emotionally in-depth approach, this anime can be an interesting watch for viewers who like travel stories that focus not only on the destination, but also on the changes experienced by the main character.
