Anime Skip and Loafer Season 2 has just released its first teaser trailer and visuals. Along with this announcement, the production team also confirmed that the sequel anime will premiere in April 2027. Director Kotomi Deai from P.A. Works has been confirmed to return to helm the project, continuing her role from the first season.
Mitsumi's Story Continues in Tokyo
The story in this Skip and Loafer The story centers on Mitsumi Iwakura, a girl from the countryside who moves to Tokyo to attend a prestigious school. She must adapt to the rhythm of city life, which is vastly different from that of her hometown, while gradually growing closer to Sosuke Shima, her handsome yet aloof classmate. Along the way, Mitsumi also builds relationships with new friends at her school.
Season 1 Skip and Loafer It aired for 12 episodes from April through June 2023 and became one of the most talked-about shows of the season.
