Story and Trailer

Mechanical Marie introduces the main character Marie, a human girl who used to be a martial arts genius. To survive, Marie now goes into hiding by disguising herself as a mechanical maid in the mansion of Arthur, the heir to a huge conglomerate that hates humans.

With a straight face, Marie performed her duties perfectly while secretly protecting Arthur from the assassins' attacks. However, things get complicated when Arthur begins to show a special interest in Marie, not realizing who she really is. Every day at the mansion is filled with suspense, fast-paced action, and moments that almost unmask Marie.

Mechanical Marie is scheduled to air in Fall 2025 and is one of the anime you should look forward to.

Anime projects Mechanical Marie is done through the collaboration of two studios, Zero-G and Lieber. The announced production team brings a powerful combination of experiences, with the following details:

Mechanical Marie Background

Mechanical Marie or Kikaijikake no Marie originated from a manga by Akimoto that was first published as a one-shot in the magazine LaLa by Hakusensha in March 2020. Seeing the positive response from readers, the manga was continued as a full series starting in June 2020 and ending in June 2023. During its serialization period, Mechanical Marie collected a total of six volumes.

For those interested in reading the print version, Yen Press has licensed the manga and will be releasing the first volume in English on August 26.

With an interesting premise of identity disguise, martial arts action, and intense character relationships, Mechanical Marie is poised to be one of the can't-miss anime of the Fall 2025 season.
