SEGA is launching Two Point Hospital: Full Health Collection in digital format. The game has been available since September 16, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2. Physical versions for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2 will follow on November 6, 2026.
The Full Health Collection is the definitive edition of Two Point Hospital. Two Point Hospital is the first game from Two Point Studios. SEGA is releasing this bundle to celebrate Two Point Studios’ 10th anniversary.
In addition, SEGA is offering a 50% discount to owners of the digital version of Two Point Hospital.
The base game, all DLCs, and free updates in one package
This bundle includes the base game, all DLC, and every free update released to date. That means you won’t need to purchase any additional content separately. This bundle is currently the most complete version of Two Point Hospital available on consoles.
Here is a list of the DLCs included in Two Point Hospital – Full Health Collection:

- Pebberley Island
- Close Encounters
- Off the Grid
- Culture Shock
- A Stitch in Time
- Speedy Recovery
Most of these DLCs add new hospital locations, new diseases, and new challenges. With seven DLCs in a single bundle, the game now offers significantly more content than the base game alone.
50% discount for owners of the digital version
Owners of the digital version of Two Point Hospital can purchase the Full Health Collection with a 50% discount.
This discount applies to owners of the following three digital editions:
- Two Point Hospital
- Two Point Hospital: JUMBO Edition
- Two Point Hospital and Two Point Campus Double Pack
The discount will be applied automatically when you open the store using the account you used to purchase that edition. Therefore, make sure you're logged in with the correct account. Also, make sure the discount has been applied before you complete your purchase.
This program also has some limitations. The discount does not apply to owners of the physical version. The discount also does not apply to players who play Two Point Hospital through subscription services such as Xbox Game Pass and PlayStation Plus.
The discount does not apply to Xbox in Indonesia
Players in Indonesia need to keep one important thing in mind. The discount for owners is not available for the Xbox Series X|S versions in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam. In those five countries, the discount applies only to the PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch 2.
Discount Period Schedule for Each Platform
The discount period begins on September 16, 2026, at 10:00 p.m. UTC+8. However, the end time varies by platform.
Here is the schedule for the end of the discount period for each platform:
- PlayStation 5: October 15, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. UTC+8
- Xbox Series X|S: October 15, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. UTC+8
- Nintendo Switch 2: October 14, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. UTC+8
