Capcom Spotlight February 2025 brings new information about Capcom's games. Monster Hunter Wilds became the main focus with an exclusive 15-minute session.

Street Fighter 6: Say Hello to Mai Fighting Pass
Capcom officially presents Mai Shiranui from Fatal Fury into Street Fighter 6. Along with Mai's presence, Capcom also released Say Hello to Mai Fighting Pass, which features a variety of themed customization items Fatal Fury. Additionally, Capcom confirmed that Elena will complete the roster of the Street Fighter 6 for Year 2.
Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection Now Available on Xbox One
After experiencing delays, Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics is finally available on Xbox One.
This collection includes seven legendary games:
- X-Men: Children of the Atom
- Marvel Super Heroes
- X-Men vs. Street Fighter
- Marvel Super Heroes vs. Street Fighter
- Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes
- Marvel vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes
- The Punisher
Previously, this collection was available on PlayStation, Switch, and PC, but there were technical issues on the Xbox version that have now been fixed.
Capcom Fighting Collection 2 May 2025 Release
Capcom announced that Capcom Fighting Collection 2 will be available on May 16, 2025 for Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam.
This collection includes eight classic games:
- Capcom vs. SNK: Millennium Fight 2000 Pro
- Capcom vs. SNK 2: Mark of the Millennium 2001
- Capcom Fighting Evolution
- Street Fighter Alpha 3 Upper
- Power Stone
- Power Stone 2
- Project Justice
- Plasma Sword: Nightmare of Bilstein
This collection features key features such as netcode rollback, practice mode, as well as various customization options. Players who pre-order will get bonus remix music from Soy Sauce for Geese and Rival Schools Medley by CAP-JAMS. The limited physical edition also includes an exclusive comic Capcom vs. SNK.
OKAMI HD and Kunitsu-Gami - Special Bundle

Capcom presents a special bundle that combines two Japanese culture-themed games, namely ÅŒkami HD and Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess. In addition, the demo Kunitsu-Gami is now available on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, and Steam. The bundle also features exclusive items themed ÅŒkami in the game.
Capcom Game Demo Now Available!

Some of Capcom's latest games now have demo versions that can be played on various platforms.
Here's the list of games that got demos:
- Kunitsu-Gami: Path of the Goddess
- Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster
- Ace Attorney Investigations Collection
In the demo Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, players can try the initial part of the game for free. Meanwhile, Ace Attorney Investigations Collection offers the first episode free of charge for those who want to try.
Onimusha: Way of the Sword - New Details and Release Window
Capcom provides a significant update on Onimusha: Way of the Sword. The game is set in Kyoto in the Edo era and features a new main character who uses the Oni Gauntlet to absorb the souls of monsters.
In this Spotlight session, Capcom highlighted three key aspects of the game. The characters and enemies are designed to be more than just visually appealing, but also have unique combat mechanics that provide players with different challenges. Edo-era Kyoto will be presented with a more detailed atmosphere, giving the game a strong historical feel. The combat system will be made more in-depth with satisfying sword action. Players can use collected souls as resources for recovery and special attacks.
Capcom emphasized that while the combat system will be intense, they have no intention of making the game too difficult. Onimusha: Way of the Sword is confirmed for release in 2026, although there is no exact date yet.In addition, Capcom also announced the remaster of Onimusha 2: Samurai's Destiny, which will be available for Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, and PC this year.
Monster Hunter Wilds Showcase
The main part of the Capcom Spotlight this time was a special presentation Monster Hunter Wilds. The showcase opened with a new trailer showing a new map filled with old and new monsters.
