The Division Resurgence is now available globally on iOS and Android. This mobile game comes as a free-to-play third-person RPG shooter with a setting in the world of The Division, right between the events The Division and The Division 2.

In this mobile version, you'll enter a new stand-alone campaign. The story places players in New York City as the Green Poison outbreak begins to spark chaos and encourage the rise of various factions.

The Division Resurgence Brings New Campaign to New York City

In The Division Resurgence, you play as a newly activated Division agent when the Green Poison outbreak hits New York City. In this phase, the institution starts to struggle to maintain order, while opportunistic factions start to take advantage of the situation.

Players can play solo or in teams with up to three other agents. The main focus is to protect civilians, suppress enemy factions, and help restore stability to the city.

Campaign at game is a standalone. So, you can still follow the plot without having to rely directly on the two main games.

To start the game, there is a Bootcamp that serves as an onboarding tutorial. Here, players learn basic commands, cover systems, and choose specializations.

After Bootcamp, the game moves on to the main missions. These missions focus on fighting chaos, helping civilians, and restoring order to the city.
